First Week of School!

August 22nd marked the first day of school for Taybree! FOURTH grade! I can't believe it! On August 23rd Krew and I headed to the school for his Kindergarten assessment. He was a little bit nervous but I think he did great! I was told to wait in the hall so I couldn't hear how it was going but I know my boy and I know he did great! He seemed happy and pleased with himself when it was over. August 29th marked Krew's first day of Kindergarten and first day riding the bus! He's been so excited to start school! We went and got him a new "big kid" backpack because he said his Paw Patrol backpack was for babies. This made my heart a little sad. He picked a super cool Transformers backpack. He was super excited to see his friend, Josh, at the bus stop! I was that mom that followed the bus to school and took pics as he walked into the classroom. Love that little boy! He did so great and came home with all smiles! I'm sad I didn't get a picture of him coming off the bus when he came home.
